Quick summary · TL;DR

  • Your dragon's lineage represents its ancestral heritage, appearing as a separate field on the result card below the dragon's personal name. 1 published result card · player reports
  • The community list of sixteen bloodline names is an unverified compilation assembled by a single contributor from book and game references. 1 player compilation ? Unverified
  • One player relays a claim of 135,000 names and 30 color–tail combinations; its origin is unverified. 1 relayed report ? Unverified

Bloodline is not a dragon name

When players receive a bonded dragon card, the card features several distinct descriptive fields: name, tail type, gender, age, color, and lineage. A common point of confusion is treating the lineage term as the dragon's name.

Lineage refers to the ancestral bloodline or family stock of the dragon, such as Uaineloidsig or Rynonian, while personal names like Dheldor or Eidhich identify the individual dragon bonded to the cadet.

The relayed lists

One player compilation lists sixteen lineage names organized across the six dragon colors. This compilation blends names spotted in the novels with terms observed on interactive story result cards.

Because this roster represents a single player's personal synthesis without official confirmation, it serves as a helpful reference rather than a proven, exhaustive drop pool.

The 135,000-name claim

One player relays a claim of 135,000 names and 30 color–tail combinations; its origin is unverified.

While intriguing, the author's public announcement confirms the interactive story format without citing these specific figures. We present the number as an unverified player claim rather than an established technical fact.
